3. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.

Founder of new womenswear label looking to hire a junior fashion designer. Shipra was previously responsible for the smooth running and execution of the Techstars Accelerator in South East Asia (high quality program delivery, company recruitment, selection, support and mentorship), as well as for portfolio management, partner relations and network support in a team of two. Shipra has a multi-faceted background, having worked as an Economic Consultant with KPMG in NYC before moving on to working in Marketing and Brand Management and working on her own start up in the Health and Wellness Sector. Previously, she studied Economics & Psychology at New York University and then went on to complete a Masters in Brand Management in Milan, Italy. During those years Shipra lived across 3 continents, participated in multiple charity fund raisers both in NYC & London and was a volunteer teacher with UNICEF India.
