Pitchfork Foods is an upcoming food & nutrition company. Our vision is to drive a positive behavior change in food consumption and transform the nutrition industry through technology & innovation. We plan to disrupt the otherwise traditional CPG (consumer packaged goods) categories that operate on the made-to-stock model by offering products that are made-to-order at scale, facilitated by technology.

There are multiple categories within food where Pitchfork Foods will have a play at a mature stage of the business but we have identified flours (straight flours, multigrain flours, functional flours, alternate flours & adjacent categories) as our 1st go-to category for launch. At Pitchfork Foods we are a bunch of highly passionate people from IITs, IIMs & other leading institutes with only one goal - to help consumers make a positive food choice.
