About the internship
As a field sales intern at Yellow Sense Technologies, you will have the opportunity to hone your skills in sales pitch, marketing, operations, and executing marketing campaigns. Your proficiency in English and Hindi will allow you to effectively communicate with clients and customers.
1. Develop and deliver compelling sales pitches to potential clients.
2. Assist in creating and implementing marketing campaigns to drive growth and revenue.
3. Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities.
4. Conduct market research to identify potential leads and target markets.
5. Support in managing day-to-day operations of the sales department.
6. Attend client meetings and presentations to represent the company professionally.
7. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure sales goals are met and exceeded.
8. Communicate with female maids and caretakers to convince them to install our mobile apps.
9. Acquire users for our apps; Yellow Maids and Yellow Partner, available on the Google Play Store.

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 200000 to 500000 /year
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (20% of revenue generated).

About Yellow Sense Technologies
We are trying to solve the problem of housekeeping maids, cooks, and nannies who are there to solve our day-to-day work. We are creating a generative-AI driven platform where within a single click, the customer can be connected to the maids, etc. so that the labor class who is below the poverty line, will get employment. At the same time, the urban household needs of rich customers are satisfied too. So, the bridge and gap between rich and poor will be reduced.
Also, in the long term, we plan to leverage the data of both consumers and low-wage workers to harness their financial needs - we plan to connect with financial institutions to offer them appropriate lending solutions.
