About the internship

The field sales intern will assist in identifying potential customers, generating leads, and closing sales through direct interactions. This hands-on role involves understanding customer needs, showcasing products or services, and maintaining relationships with existing clients.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Lead Generation and Outreach:
Identify potential clients through market research and outreach.
Distribute promotional materials and explain products/services to potential customers.

2. Customer Interaction:
Meet customers face-to-face to understand their requirements.
Provide product demonstrations and answer customer queries.

3. Sales Execution:
Close sales by negotiating terms and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Achieve daily/weekly sales targets set by the team.

4. Market Feedback:
Collect feedback from customers regarding product satisfaction.
Report customer concerns, market trends, and competitor activities.

5. Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities.
Provide regular updates to the sales manager or team leader.

Skills Required:

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Persuasive ability and a customer-first approach.
3. Basic knowledge of sales principles and customer relationship management.
4. Willingness to travel locally for sales activities.
5. Ability to work in a team and independently.
