Founder's Office Part Time Internship

Do you get bored with routine tasks every day? Are you a problem solver who can get things done? We need a jack of all who can handle: strategy, research, marketing, operations, and HR.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Searching & establishing new cost-effective vendors for both the D2C and B2B part of the business, since D2C space is new: more work shall be around that
2. Conducting negotiations & further managing the output of those people alongside the CEO, and working on a new problem every 2 days
3. Marketing yourself and the company to attract people to join you in terms of vendors, teams, and customers, and building business via calls, emails, LinkedIn, etc. (this involves both Indian and International leads)
4. Generating the company's PO and invoices (proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must)
5. Thinking and writing creatively to assist the CEO in regular content generation

Requirements:

1. Curiosity to focus & learn: If you can learn & master anything new by giving it a few focused hours of research, thinking, and practice, learning anything new involves 2 components: researching online plus not being afraid of reaching out to the right people and learning from them in pursuit of collaborating with them
2. Attention to detail, intellect, clarity of thought, and effective communication (proficiency in written and spoken English is a must)
3. Result-driven: Different tasks will require different skills out of you; interpersonal skills, persistence, resilience, etc.
4. Candidates with knowledge in finance, reading balance sheets, and evaluating investments through small cases shall be given more preference
