About part time job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Calendar Management:
a. Schedule and manage the executive's calendar
b. Organize appointments and make travel arrangements

2. Communication Handling:
a. Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the executive
b. Ensure timely and effective communication

3. Meeting Organization:
a. Organize and coordinate meetings
b. Take and distribute minutes of meetings

4. File and Record Maintenance:
a. Maintain and organize files and records
b. Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and easily accessible

5. Day-to-Day Operations:
a. Assist with day-to-day operations and administrative tasks
b. Provide general support as needed

6. Legal Documentation Management:
a. Manage and maintain legal documentation and records
b. Liaise with legal professionals to ensure compliance

7. Effective Communication:
a. Ensure clear and effective communication within the team and with external stakeholders
b. Keep the executive informed about important developments and deadlines

8. Client and Colleague Liaison:
a. Act as a liaison between the executive, clients, colleagues, and legal professionals
b. Manage relationships and ensure the executive is updated on key matters
