We're searching for a growth associate intern who is excited by the challenge of expanding our reach to a wider user base. This role is designed for someone curious, ready to experiment, and eager to contribute directly to Spur.Fit's growth strategies.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Design & test growth campaigns: Propose and test new user acquisition strategies, working hands-on with our current team to run experiments and improve existing channels.
2. Channel performance analysis: Dive into analytics and measure the performance of different growth channels to identify which are driving the most impact.
3. Sales & communication: Effectively convey Spur.Fit's value to new users, bridging the gap between what they need and how our platform can help.
4. Reporting & recommendations: Organize findings into clear, actionable reports. You'll help the team understand which experiments are worth scaling up and which might need adjustments.
