Human Resources (HR) Part Time Internship

Key Responsibilities
Sourcing and Screening Candidates:
Assist in creating and posting job descriptions on various platforms.
Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social platforms and professional networks).
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates' suitability.
Interview Coordination:
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain communication with candidates throughout the interview process.
Prepare interview feedback forms and assist in gathering feedback from interviewers.
Engagement and Follow-Up:
Ensure a positive candidate experience through professional and timely communication.
Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and next steps.
Assist in managing recruitment-related correspondence.
Offer and Onboarding:
Support in preparing offer letters and coordinating offer rollouts.
Assist with the onboarding process, including documentation and orientation planning.
Database Management:
Maintain and update the candidate database.
Ensure all recruitment records and reports are up to date.
