Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist with the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
2. Work with the HR team to update and maintain employee records.
3. Develop programs and policies that support the growth of the company.
4. Train and orient employees on company policies and procedures.
5. Proactively identify potential HR issues and develop solutions.
6. Analyze and evaluate employee performance data.
7. Support various HR projects and initiatives.
