About part time job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Create HR policies and frameworks for employees
2. Manage and recruit employees
3. Conduct interviews, oversee MIS management, build teams, and handle other related activities
4. Develop scorecards and performance matrices, and evaluate and enhance cultural productivity
5. Implement employer branding strategies and digital initiatives to strengthen the employer brand
6. Create digital content such as videos, testimonials, and stories
7. Design presentations for different modules and deliver webinars on soft skills for interns
8. Design and automate the entire HR process for the organization
