1. Recruitment support: Assist in posting job openings on various platforms, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
2. Onboarding and offboarding: Support the onboarding process for new hires, including document collection and orientation scheduling, and assist with offboarding processes such as exit interviews and asset return.
3. Employee records management: Maintain and update employee records and files while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
4. HR administration: Prepare and process HR-related documentation, such as employment letters and certificates, and assist in organizing and scheduling HR meetings and training sessions.
5. Employee engagement: Help organize employee engagement activities and events, and assist in gathering feedback and surveys from employees.
6. General HR support: Provide administrative support to HR team members as needed and assist with HR projects and initiatives.
Requirements:
1. Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in human resources, business administration, psychology, or a related field.
2. Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
3. Experience: Previous internship or work experience in HR or administrative roles is a plus but not required.
