Human Resources (HR) Part Time Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist the founder in identifying and recruiting freelancers for various roles crucial to our projects
2. Utilize LinkedIn to proactively search for suitable candidates, connect with them, and explain job requirements while assessing their interest in our projects
3. Initiate and maintain communication with potential candidates through LinkedIn messages and emails, representing the company in a professional manner
4. Post job openings on Naukri and other relevant platforms to identify potential candidates
5. Follow up with qualified candidates and facilitate the application process
6. Assist in the initial screening of candidates, evaluating their skills, experience, and suitability for various freelance roles
