Human Resources (HR) Part Time Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

Recruitment Support: Post job openings, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and assist in candidate evaluations.

Onboarding Assistance: Help organize orientation materials, coordinate new hire paperwork, and assist with onboarding processes.

Employee Records Management: Maintain and update employee files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

Payroll and Benefits: Assist in payroll preparation and basic benefits administration.
Employee Relations: Address employee queries and support engagement activities.

Policy and Compliance: Help review HR policies and track compliance with regulations.

Performance Management: Support performance reviews and gather performance data.

Administrative Tasks: Handle general HR admin duties like filing, answering calls, and coordinating meetings.

Exit Process: Assist with exit interviews and offboarding procedures.
