Human Resources (HR) Part Time Internship

Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
2. Support the onboarding process for new hires, including conducting orientations and preparing paperwork.
3. Assist in maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.
4. Help with organizing and coordinating training and development programs for employees.
5. Provide administrative support for HR projects and initiatives.
6. Assist with employee relations issues and help resolve conflicts as needed.
7. Utilize MS-Excel and MS-Office to create reports and analyze HR data.
