Human Resources (HR) Part Time Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates
2. Develop and update HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them
3. Oversee daily operations of the HR
4. Respond to questions, requests, and concerns from employees and management regarding company and Human Resources programs, policies and guidelines
5. Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
6. Review and ensure accurate maintenance of all employee records and files e.g. interview documents
7. Assist in logistics, administration, and scheduling of annual employee surveys
8. Take part in company administration related tasks
