About part time job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assisting in data entry and management tasks using Microsoft Excel
2. Preparing and formatting letters, reports, and other HR documents as required
3. Organizing, filing, and maintaining physical and digital records in an orderly manner
4. Scanning documents and managing electronic filing systems
5. Supporting the HR team with general administrative tasks and day-to-day operations
6. Performing other HR-related tasks as assigned by the supervisor

Database Management System (DBMS) English Proficiency (Written) MS-Excel MS-Office MS-Word

Other requirements

1. Current student or recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

2. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Office tools

3. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

4. Good written and verbal communication skills

5. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

6. A proactive approach to problem-solving and willingness to learn
