4. Assist with performance management processes, including conducting evaluations and providing feedback.
5. Collaborate with team members to create engaging employee engagement initiatives and events.
6. Support HR team with compliance tasks, such as ensuring all policies and procedures are up to date.
7. Take on special projects as needed to support the overall HR function.
