About part time job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Serving as a point of contact for all project hiring
2. Working on campus recruitment (internal hiring for various projects)
3. Working on hiring interns for HR, social media, content writers, graphic designers, and market research
4. Working on job postings on various sites
5. Identifying the right fit through LinkedIn, Internshala, Zuno
6. Working on assessment and evaluation of the candidature going beyond credentials
7. Sending appointment letters, rejection letters, revokement letters, and disciplinary letters
8. Sending induction & orientation program details to the selected candidates
9. Conducting induction & orientation sessions, employee engagement once in 15 days
10. Organizing buddy mentors program for new team
11. Working on weekly performance review of new joiners
12. Preparing recruitment MIS
13. Putting consistent and continuous efforts into improving the internship program - Akshara
14. Working on imperishable learning

Additional information

Internship type: Part-time, onsite; Belapur, Navi Mumbai
Duration: 6 months with a dedicated 3 hours a day (anytime time between 10 am to 6.45 pm) for 5 days a week

Stipend :
1. INR 2000 pm that you will get every month
2. INR 6000 RB: Retention bonus only on completion of 6 months internship (one-time payout)
3. INR 4000 PB: Performance bonus, subjective to the successful completion of various live projects (one-time payout that you will only get on completion of 6 months)

Note :
1. If students leave the internship before completing their tenure, they will not be eligible for an experience certificate
2. If you are doing any extracurricular activities, we request you to please refrain from applying for this position, as this internship assignment needs high focus and, a serious commitment with a 3-hours dedicated time slot
3. Dual internship will not go together with this internship, as we look for complete focus, dedication, and commitment throughout your internship association with us
