As an HR intern at MyWays, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. Your role will involve supporting the HR team with various tasks and projects, allowing you to develop your skills and knowledge in the field of human resources.
Key responsibilities:
1. Assisting with recruitment processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
2. Handling important screening calls yourself.
3. Maintaining datasheets and trackers for all active openings.
4. regularly coordinating with internal team(s) to ensure everything is smooth.
