Human Resources (HR) Part Time Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Overseeing recruitment and selection processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring new employees
2. Developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and procedures
3. Designing and running employee training and development programs
4. Maintaining HR records, including employee files, compensation, and benefits information
5. Handling employee relations and resolving any workplace conflicts or issues
6. Managing employee benefits programs and ensuring compliance with regulations
7. Administering compensation and payroll programs and ensuring accurate processing of payroll
8. Developing employee recognition and rewards programs
9. Overseeing and managing employee wellness and safety programs
10. Managing and resolving employee complaints and grievances
11. Providing HR support and guidance to managers and employees
12. Negotiating and managing labor contracts and collective bargaining agreements
13. Collaborating with other departments to achieve company goals and improve HR processes
