About part time job/internship
As an HR intern at Walnut Excellence Education, you will have the opportunity to dive into human resources, gaining hands-on experience in recruitment, HR analytics, HRIS, and more. Your knowledge of MS-Office, English proficiency (both spoken and written), and passion for the field will make you an invaluable asset to our team.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in the recruitment process by conducting initial screenings and scheduling interviews.
2. Create and update the database as well as HR documents, such as job descriptions and employee handbooks, with strong attention to detail for employees, Franchises, and teachers.
3. Collaborate with team members to organize and facilitate training sessions and employee engagement activities for employees and external partners.
4. Government E-Marketplace (GEM) to understand and update company profile to coordinate for upcoming tenders.
5. Coordinating, working, and managing required documents for company formation, CA & CS requirements, GST requirements, For GEM to work upon, etc.
