About part time job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Conducting outreach and recruitment activities to attract prospective students, including attending college fairs, high school visits, and community events
2. Providing accurate and comprehensive information about the institution's academic programs, admission requirements, financial aid options, and campus life to prospective students and their families
3. Reviewing and evaluating applications for admission, ensuring all required documents and information are complete
4. Assessing applicant qualifications based on established criteria such as academic performance, extracurricular involvement, personal statements, and recommendation letters
5. Conducting interviews with prospective students to assess their suitability for admission and to address any questions or concerns they may have
6. Assisting prospective students with the application process, including guidance on completing application forms, obtaining necessary documents, and meeting deadlines
7. Maintaining accurate records of applicant information, communication interactions, and admissions decisions using CRM (customer relationship management) systems
8. Collaborating with other departments such as academic advisors, financial aid offices, and faculty members to facilitate a seamless admissions process for students
9. Participating in the planning and execution of recruitment events such as open houses, campus tours, and information sessions
10. Following up with prospective students to provide additional information, address concerns, and encourage them to complete the application process
11. Staying informed about changes in admissions policies, trends in higher education, and advancements in recruitment strategies through professional development activities and networking

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 200000 to 500000 /year
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 5000 per sale).
