1. Proven experience in outbound sales, with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. Fresher can apply
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with prospects
3. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to handle objections and close sales
4. Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and track sales activities
5. Highly motivated and target-driven, with a proactive and competitive mindset
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating and coordinating efforts with other sales representatives, marketing, and support teams
7. Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage a high volume of leads and opportunities
8. Strong problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
9. Self-disciplined and resilient, able to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude
10. Knowledge of sales techniques and best practices, including cold calling, objection handling, and closing strategies
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 7000 per sale).
