Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Intern to join our team on a part-time basis, primarily responsible for handling incoming leads, making follow-up calls, and managing customer inquiries related to our IT products. This role is ideal for a fresh graduate or someone looking to gain experience in sales within the IT industry.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Make outbound calls to prospective leads and clients to provide information about our products and services.
2. Handle inbound inquiries and respond promptly to customer questions.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers through effective communication.
4. Keep accurate records of interactions, follow-ups, and sales activity in our CRM system.
5. Assist in lead generation and qualification to support the sales team.

Requirements:

1. Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
