Quadrang Systems is seeking a dynamic Inside Sales/SDR person to join us. If you have a passion for all things in market research, lead generation, prospecting, arranging meetings, and closing sales, then this job is right for you. This job will delve deep into researching target clients, understanding their pain points, and addressing them through our services. This is an opportunity to work on real projects that have a direct impact on our company s success by successfully closing customer demands and offering valuable services to our ideal targeted customers.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Sales strategy: Developing and executing strategic plans for exceeding revenue targets
2. Lead generation: Utilizing diverse tools & channels to identify and engage potential clients
3. Client engagement: Email Marketing, making outbound calls to understand client needs, and building strong relationships
4. Lead nurturing & optimization: Continuously nurturing leads and optimize the sales process for maximum efficiency
5. Reporting: Tracking key metrics and providing insights for data-driven decision-making

Other requirements

Requirements:

1. Strong understanding of lead-gen, cold email, and cold calling process

2. Must have done Inside sales for domestic and international clients

3. Excellent written and spoken communication skills, especially in English

4. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and close sales targets

5. At least 2 years of successful sales and having a history of business development
