About part time job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Interacting with court offices for court processes, like writ-summons, summons, memos, writs, various types of warrants, bailiff services, etc.
2. Drafting simple notices, replying to notices, certified copy applications, vakalatnamas, adjournment, summons/warrants applications, etc., and communication/grievances to government authorities.,
3. Understand case history management, understand the case stage, and brief seniors accordingly.
4. Understanding RTI inspection.
5. Work on cooperative society legal notices, replies, and incidental activities.
4. Assisting the advocate on record and all incidental activities.

Other requirements
1. Note: The internship hours are around 20 hours a week, mostly in courts with occasional visits to the office.
2. Only candidates residing in Mumbai city/suburbs will be considered.

Additional information
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 2000 per bonus diwali).
