Learning Coordinator Part Time Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Coordinate with internal/external trainers, training agencies/vendors, Dev CoEs, and HRBPs to plan and smoothly execute programs from the training calendar
2. Ensure that session collateral is readily available to the trainers
3. Collect feedback and attendance at the end of training sessions, and update the L&D dashboard
4. Manage training room and AV room bookings
5. Share the weekly learning dashboard and the monthly snapshot with the stakeholders. The learning dashboard should contain the following reports:LinkedIn learning report, Titan-U learning report, Training feedback and attendance, Company-wide learning report, Payment processing status
6. Coordinate with external vendors and the finance team to process payments for external nominations
7. Report the status on a weekly basis via the dashboard
8. Work on the online compliance course dashboard
9. Work on library management
