Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 500 per task ).
Specialization in fields of patent, literary, and copyright research and development and government and private funding, trademark, and design. Have several years of experience in the field of Intellectual Property Rights. Also, deals in the field of Entrepreneurship Generation. I intervene in matters for the protection of Intellectual Property Rights before the competent court. Also advise in for the protection of the rights from any infringement actions viz. infringement of legal rights, seizures-counterfeits, etc.
