Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in designing and conducting user research studies to gather insights about the needs and preferences of small businesses in the US market
2. Engage in cold calling to reach out to small business owners and decision-makers to participate in user interviews, surveys, and focus groups
3. Develop and maintain a database of potential research participants, ensuring accurate and up-to-date contact information
4. Collaborate with the product development team to create user personas and journey maps based on research findings
5. Analyze and synthesize user research data to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities for product improvement
6. Prepare clear and concise research reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to internal stakeholders
7. Assist in moderating user testing sessions and gathering feedback on Grexa AI's products and services
8. Stay up-to-date with the latest user research methodologies and best practices, and propose new approaches to enhance the research process

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 800000 to 1000000 /year
