Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 30 per sale).

R-Buy is a RaaS platform (refill as a service), a smart-tech system that dispenses home care and personal care products into reusable, returnable containers. We're reducing plastic pollution one refill at a time. We place kiosks at qualifying residential & retail properties, and partner with manufacturers who wish to offer their products via refill.
