Job Overview
We seek a proactive and organized Coordinator to join our team. The role involves managing social media coordinating with clients and brands and supporting the Director and Social Media Head with various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
- Report directly to the Director and Social Media Head
- Coordinate Instagram accounts and email accounts
- Coordinate client and brand communication
- Create Instagram posts using Canva and Inshot
- Provide administrative support including scheduling and data entry

Skills and Qualifications
- Proficient in MS Office Canva and Inshot
- Strong knowledge of Instagram and Facebook
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Basic understanding of PR and marketing
- Ability to work independently and in a team

Device Requirements
- Reliable mobile phone and laptop

Work Mode
- 70 percent in-office 30 percent work-from-home
- 6-day work week
