About part time job/internship
At Sarvam Foundation, we are dedicated to empowering young girls through holistic education and personal development. Our programs focus on nurturing confidence, discipline, and essential life skills. We're looking for a committed and organized classroom manager to join our team and help create a positive, impactful learning environment.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Take charge of classes to ensure smooth operations and student engagement
2. Mentor students in personal growth and character development to promote discipline and respect
3. Track the daily attendance of students
4. Update the timetable daily and inform the same to your assigned batch
5. Fill in as the teacher in case the assigned teacher is absent
6. Guide students to build English communication skills and confidence for public speaking
7. Overall manage and monitor the students
8. Conduct home visits as needed to understand student backgrounds and offer better support
Note: This position is open to female candidates only
Working hours: 3:30 pm - 7:00 pm (6 days a week)

About Sarvam Foundation
Sarvam Shakti, a flagship project of the Sarvam Foundation, is a unique and empowering educational program for urban slum girls.
