Other requirements

1. Demonstrate confidence in public speaking, comfortably addressing large audiences and keeping them engaged.

2. Show adaptability and quick thinking to handle last-minute changes or unexpected situations smoothly.

3. Focus on building rapport with both participants and the audience, enhancing engagement and connection.

4. Prior experience in hosting events, particularly in educational or tech-focused settings (preferred experience).

5. Familiarity with robotics competitions or similar STEM events, which is advantageous (preferred experience).

Additional information

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 500 per hour).
