Join Eklavya's team as an operations intern and play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our learning facility in the picturesque setting of Gangtok, Sikkim. We're seeking a tech-savvy individual with a basic understanding of computers and networking. If you possess working knowledge of Ubuntu and Python, that's a plus! As an operations intern, you'll be entrusted with the crucial task of setting up and managing our facility, offering students a seamless learning experience.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Work on facility setup and management
2. Work on spearheading the setup and management of our learning facility in Gangtok
3. Oversee the deployment and maintenance of resources, ensuring a conducive learning environment
4. Work on dron media server and tablets
5. Monitor and troubleshoot the Dron media server to ensure uninterrupted content access
6. Manage Android-based tablets, ensuring they are operational and ready for student use
7. Provide student support
8. Respond to students' queries and technical concerns, offering prompt assistance to enhance their learning journey
9. Work on enhancing the user experience
10. Work on playing a pivotal role in creating an optimal learning experience for students accessing our platform
