About part time job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Trip Planning & Coordination: Handle bookings, itineraries, and logistics for wildlife safaris.
2. Client Management: Serve as the main contact for clients pre-, during, and post-trip, handling inquiries and ensuring a great experience.
3. Vendor Relations: Work with hotels, guides, and transport providers; manage contracts, payments, and maintain quality standards.
4. Safety & Compliance: Ensure trips adhere to safety and conservation practices, and update clients on travel policies.
5. Budgeting & Reporting: Track expenses, manage budgets, and provide insights to improve trip planning.
