1. Candidates should preferably have experience working with grassroots communities and be sensitive toward the representation of individuals being photographed. They must have a keen eye for capturing vulnerabilities on camera and the ability to create a compelling narrative via pictures
2. Looking for experience in the NGO sector, specifically in visual documentation work
3. Passionate about serving marginalized communities
4. Skilled in working with a DSLR camera
5. Able to navigate different photo editing softwares and create digital templates
6. Candidates must also arrange for their own camera equipment for the duration of the internship
