Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for the part time job/internship
2. can start the part time job/internship between 1st Oct'24 and 5th Nov'24
3. are available for duration of 3 months
4. have relevant skills and interests

Familiarity with software like Audacity & Premiere Pro
Strong communication skills
Ability to effectively communicate with hosts, guests, and team members
Organizational Skills - Proficient in managing multiple tasks and deadlines
Knowledge of podcasting trends - awareness of industry trends and popular formats
Creative problem-solving - Ability to think critically and resolve technical or logistical challenges
Attention to detail - Keen eye for detail in both audio quality and content accuracy
Passion for podcasting - Genuine interest in the medium and its potential for storytelling
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 250 per video).
