About part time job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Project coordination: Coordinating all activities related to the project, including scheduling screenings, liaising with schools, and managing logistics.
2. Video documentation: Capturing high-quality video footage of screenings, interviews with students and educators, and other relevant content.
3. Stakeholder engagement: Building and maintaining relationships with school administrators, teachers, parents, and other stakeholders to ensure buy-in and support for the project.
4. Enriching learning environments: Collaborating with educators to create supplementary learning materials and activities to complement the movie screenings and enhance student engagement and learning outcomes.
5. Monitoring and evaluation: Collecting feedback from stakeholders and conduct assessments to evaluate the impact of the project on students' learning and attitudes towards education.

Additional information:

1. This is a contract position based in Bihar, India.
2. Travel within Bihar will be required as part of the job.
3. Flexibility in working hours may be necessary to accommodate project activities.

Other requirements

1. Bachelors degree in mass communication, education, or a related field.

2. Masters degree preferred.

3. Previous experience working in a similar role, particularly in the field of education or community development.

4. Proficiency in video documentation techniques and tools.

5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.

6. Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

7. Passion for education, social impact, and using media for positive change.
