Project Management Part Time Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams, consultants, and vendors
2. Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure adherence to the project plan
3. Conduct research on industry best practices for WHO-certified pharma and cosmetic manufacturing facilities
4. Prepare feasibility reports and documentation for compliance, processes, and equipment needs
5. Identify and evaluate vendors for machinery, utilities, and raw materials.
6. Coordinate vendor negotiations, contracts, and deliverables
7. Assist in planning machinery layout, infrastructure, and production requirements
8. Coordinate procurement of equipment, materials, and licenses
9. Work with consultants to ensure compliance with WHO, GMP, GLP, and local regulatory standards
10. Manage registration and licensing processes for the facility and products
11. Provide regular updates on project progress to senior management
12. Document and track all project-related decisions and approvals
