We work in the area of social and emotional learning. These are 21st-century skills that children do not learn in schools. Along with doing the developmental and proactive work with students and parents, we provide academic support to students, who are unable to meet the grade level expectations in their academic work, in a child-friendly, non-threatening, and fun-filled environment. We support schools and the teachers in identifying children who will benefit from receiving such services. We also help the teachers to manage and support the children with special needs in the classrooms. As we strongly believe in the role of parent participation in the overall development of the child, we work closely with parents to partner with us and teachers in providing adequate scaffolding, both, academically and emotionally, to help their child reach his/her potential.
