Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Serving as the primary contact for learning and development (L&D) inquiries, collaborating with the HR team as needed
2. Reviewing call recordings and generating daily call audit reports
3. Assisting in the learning and development process of the team by extracting relevant reports
