Real Estate Field Professional Part Time Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Conduct comprehensive geographical research and data collection in targeted localities. Utilise mobile photography skills to capture high-quality images of rental properties for marketing purposes

2. Gather detailed information about available rental properties, including property specifications, rental rates, and availability

3. Maintain accurate records of property listings, customer interactions, and sales activities using Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Drive

4. Good communication skills: Building relationships with the owners and brokers. Leveraging the system for catering to the customer needs for brokerage sales conversions

5. Collaborate with team members to achieve daily targets, update progress and identify opportunities for improvement

Please note that the job location is going to be HSR Layout only, not the entire Bangalore.
