About part time job/internship

The sourcing specialist is responsible for proactively identifying and attracting top talent through various online platforms, primarily job portals and social media channels. This role focuses on building a robust candidate pipeline by utilizing advanced sourcing techniques, crafting engaging mass mail campaigns, and leveraging LinkedIn and other professional networks. The sourcing specialist will work closely with recruiters to understand hiring needs and deliver qualified candidates efficiently.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Candidate sourcing:
- Utilize job boards (e.g., Indeed, LinkedIn, Naukri, Monster, etc.) to identify and engage potential candidates.
- Employ advanced search techniques (Boolean search, keywords, filters) to locate qualified professionals.
-Proactively source passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other social media platforms.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
- Screen resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications.

2. Mass mail campaigns:
- Develop and execute targeted mass email campaigns to attract potential candidates.
Craft compelling and personalized email templates that resonate with different candidate profiles.
- Track and analyze campaign performance to optimize outreach strategies.
manage email campaign lists, and ensure compliance with all data privacy requirements.

3. LinkedIn and social media:
Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and other social media tools to identify and engage potential candidates.
- Build and maintain a strong professional network on LinkedIn.
- Promote employer branding through social media engagement.
- Participate in online professional groups and forums to identify potential talent.

4. Collaboration and reporting:
- Collaborate with recruiters to understand hiring needs and candidate requirements.
- Provide regular updates on sourcing progress and candidate pipeline.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

5. Generate reports on sourcing metrics:
- Maintain up to date knowledge of new sourcing trends and technologies.

Other requirements

1. Minimum of 0-3 years of any experience. Freshers can apply.

2. Proven track record of successfully sourcing candidates through job portals and LinkedIn.

3. Experience with mass email campaigns and social media recruitment.

4. Strong understanding of Boolean search techniques and advanced sourcing methodologies.

5. Proficiency in using job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.

6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

7. Ability to craft engaging and persuasive email campaigns.

8. Strong organizational and time management skills.

9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

10. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS).1

11. Knowledge of data privacy laws.

12. Proactive and results-oriented.

13. Detail-oriented and highly organized.

14. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

15. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.
