Sales Part Time Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Handle customer calls, messages, and customer requests and answer queries
2. Manage bookings/reservations for potential customers through leads generated through various sources-phone calls, emails, chat messenger, WhatsApp messenger, and alike
3. Use basic sales techniques to understand customers' needs suggest appropriate games/party packages and convert the leads
4. Engage in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying information using the right questions as needed
5. Understand when to escalate an issue or concern or pass on a lead to the concerned person
