Sales-Oriented: Passionate about sales with a keen ability to promote travel packages and services to potential clients effectively.
Strong Cold Calling Skills: Confident and comfortable in making cold calls to prospective clients, explaining packages, answering inquiries, and generating leads.
Target-Driven: Highly motivated to achieve sales targets, contribute to the company's growth, and deliver consistent results.
Effective Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills to engage clients over the phone, build relationships, and present travel solutions convincingly.
Persuasive & Negotiation Skills: Capable of persuading clients to book packages, handling negotiations professionally, and closing deals efficiently.
Follow-up Expertise: Strong follow-up skills to nurture leads, maintain client interest, and ensure a seamless booking process.
Customer-Centric Approach: Focused on understanding client needs and delivering personalized travel solutions to meet their specific requirements.
Basic CRM Knowledge: Familiar with customer relationship management (CRM) software for managing client details, follow-ups, and bookings systematically.
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (3% of revenue generated).
