About part time job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Enquiry Handling:
Responding to customer or client inquiries and providing information about packages, services, and other relevant details.
2. Follow-up with Clients:
Taking responsibility for following up with clients who have enquired about packages to maintain engagement and assist them with their booking decisions.
3. Travel Itinerary Creation:
Assisting in creating detailed and customized travel itineraries based on client needs, preferences, and company offerings.
4. Good Communication Skills:
Demonstrating excellent verbal and written communication skills when interacting with clients, team members, and vendors.
5. Assisting with Projects:
Supporting ongoing projects by performing research, data collection, and analysis.
6. Collaborating with Team Members:
Working with different departments and contributing to team discussions.
7. Customer/Client Interaction:
Supporting client meetings or phone calls with proper follow-up actions.
8. Other Assigned Duties:
Taking on various other tasks as needed to support the team.

Effective Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills to engage clients over the phone, build relationships, and present travel solutions convincingly.

Persuasive & Negotiation Skills: Capable of persuading clients to book packages, handling negotiations professionally, and closing deals efficiently.

Follow-up Expertise: Strong follow-up skills to nurture leads, maintain client interest, and ensure a seamless booking process.

Customer-Centric Approach: Focused on understanding client needs and delivering personalized travel solutions to meet their specific requirements.

Basic CRM Knowledge: Familiar with customer relationship management (CRM) software for managing client details, follow-ups, and bookings systematically.

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (3% of revenue generated).
