About part time job/internship

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team and drive sales for our IT products through cold calling. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Cold Calling: Initiate outbound calls to potential clients to introduce and sell our IT products.
2. Client Engagement: Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target companies.
3. Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest IT products and industry trends to effectively communicate benefits to clients.
4. Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed sales quotas and performance metrics.
5. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new business opportunities through research and targeted outreach.
6. CRM Management: Update and maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
7. Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls and emails to nurture leads and convert them into sales.

Requirements:

1. Experience: Previous experience in sales, preferably in cold calling and selling IT products.
2. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Tech Savvy: Strong understanding of IT products and the ability to quickly learn new technologies.
4. Self-motivated: ability to work independently and as part of a team with a high degree of self-motivation.
5. Results-Oriented: Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
6. Customer Focused: Strong customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 12000 per sale).
