Site Engineering - Interior Design Part Time Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

a. Onsite Project Management:
1. Be present on site to oversee the day-to-day renovation activities.
2. Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and vendors for materials, designs, and project updates.

b. Interior Design Support:
1. Assist in designing and implementing interior layouts, and selecting materials, finishes, and furniture.
2. Work closely with the homeowner to understand design preferences and implement them creatively.
3. Prepare design sketches, mood boards, and material selection for various parts of the house.

c. Engaging and Managing Contractors:
1. Source and hire skilled contractors for specialized tasks (e.g., carpenters, electricians, painters).
2. Handle negotiations and agreements with contractors to ensure cost-effectiveness.

d. Quality Assurance:
1. Inspect completed work to ensure it meets the required design specifications and quality standards.
2. Suggest improvements or changes if needed and ensure they are implemented correctly.
