Position: Social Media & Content Creation Intern
Location: Jayanagar, Bangalore
Employment Type: Internship (On-Site)
Duration: 3 months (Extendable)
Working Hours: 4.5 hours/day (3:00 pm-7:30 pm), 5 days a week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
Stipend: 4000 Rs per month.

Job Brief: As a Social Media & Content Creation Intern at QOQO BAE, you'll play a crucial role in shaping our online presence. You'll create engaging, on-brand digital content and manage day-to-day social media posts. You will also collaborate with team members of other departments to ensure the smooth execution of content strategies, influencer marketing, and brand engagement. Your role is to bring QOQO BAE's fun, Gen Z vibe to life and help drive footfall, brand awareness, and community engagement.

Selected intern's key responsibilities include:

a. Content Production:
1. Visit QOQO BAE to shoot high-quality Reels, capture photos of new flavors, store ambiance, and staff interactions.
2. Brainstorm and create trend-driven, viral-worthy campaigns aligned with key monthly events.
3. Edit and refine content as necessary to ensure consistency with brand voice and aesthetic.
4. Go live on Instagram for product launches, event coverage, and real-time engagement.
5. Assist in event preparation and promotional activities.

b. Social Media Posting & Scheduling:
1. Maintain and update a content calendar mutually finalized with Ozigen for Instagram and Facebook.
2. Coordinate with Ozigen, ensuring timely content writing and posting.
3. Provide content and writing suggestions to enhance engagement.
4. Handle last-minute content posting when needed.
5. Collaborate with the Marketing and Content teams of Ozigen to execute social media strategies effectively.

c. Engagement & Community Management:
1. Actively manage DMs, comments, and customer tags to foster meaningful engagement.
2. Collaborate with local foodie pages, lifestyle influencers, and vendors to expand brand reach.
3. Curate and amplify user-generated content (UGC) to enhance brand authenticity.
4. Encourage and oversee Google reviews, responding professionally to strengthen online reputation.
5. Assist in event preparation, including setting up signs, decorations, and ambiance for special events like board game nights and open mics.

d. Basic Analytics & Reporting:
1. Track and analyze engagement metrics.
2. Suggest content improvements based on performance insights.
3. Provide feedback on audience preferences and trends to refine future content.

e. Collaboration & Outreach:
1. Communicate and collaborate with vendors and influencers to amplify brand reach.
2. Work closely with internal teams to align marketing campaigns with business objectives.
3. Assist in influencer partnerships and promotional collaborations.

f. Collaboration with Internal Teams:
1. Work with other teams like marketing, sales, and operations to make sure deals and campaigns go smoothly.
2. Share ideas and feedback from businesses you talk to, so we can make things better inside the company.
3. Being able to work with different teams will help everyone achieve the company's goals and build stronger partnerships.
