Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
a. Content Creation & Scheduling:
1. Develop a content calendar featuring a mix of reels, stories, posts, and live sessions that reflect our brand's inclusive and empowering approach.
2. Curate visually appealing graphics, photos, and videos (including user-generated content) that capture iThrive's warmth and positivity.
3. Write concise, supportive captions and taglines that highlight success stories, upcoming events, and helpful resources for families.
b. Platform Management & Strategy:
1. Manage iThrive's presence on platforms popular with Gen Z (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, etc.), ensuring brand consistency.
2. Use analytics tools to track performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) and propose new strategies to grow and nurture our online community.
3. Stay alert to emerging platforms or features that can help us reach and support more families effectively.
c. Community Engagement:
1. Respond promptly and compassionately to comments, direct messages, and community interactions, fostering an environment of trust and inclusivity.
2. Engage with and support online discussions around learning differences, mental health awareness, and education to position iThrive as a helpful resource.
3. Coordinate with team members to ensure consistent messaging and follow-through on inquiries or collaboration requests.
d. Collaborations & Partnerships:
1. Identify potential influencers, partner organizations, or thought leaders in the areas of education, parenting, and child development for co-created content or collaborations.
2. Assist in planning digital campaigns, giveaways, or events that spotlight iThrive's commitment to helping children thrive beyond labels.
f. Trend Research & Idea Pitching:
1. Regularly research social media trends, hashtags, and viral challenges to keep iThrive's content fresh, engaging, and relevant.
2. Pitch innovative content ideas that resonate with Gen Z, focusing on inclusivity, empowerment, and positive storytelling.
3. Experiment with creative formats like behind-the-scenes vlogs, day-in-the-life features, or quick educational infographics to reach audiences in fun, engaging ways.
g. Reporting & Feedback:
1. Prepare monthly social media performance reports, highlighting key achievements,

About Adhiyam Private Limited
Adhiyam Private Limited is a social impact venture, that aims to be an all-encompassing support resource for parents of children with invisible disabilities like learning disabilities and ADHD. It also aims to cater to young adults with learning disabilities and ADHD. The journey from suspecting a neurodivergent condition in your child to getting a final diagnosis to the life-long effort required to mainstream them and help them achieve their potential is a difficult one. A large part of the difficulty can be mitigated with the right guidance, support and availability of required resources at each journey stage.
Adhiyam is trying to build a strong community of parents, experts, professionals and social ventures working in the area of invisible disability space to give children with invisible disabilities the best possible chance at mainstreaming and achievement.
