About part time job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Creative Brainstorming & Idea suggestions
Plan innovative & engaging launch strategies & creatives for new product launches Create content for these launches accordingly
2. Research:
Research trending reel ideas & trending music.
Research new & innovative value-add ideas from other platforms like Youtube, Instagram, Pinterest & other geographies, relevant to the brand.
3. Developing & executing an SMM calendar
4. Engaging influencers:
Shortlisting, identifying and connecting with relevant influencers for collaborations.
5. Content Creation:
Planning & creating value-add content for the customer featuring brand products
Creating engaging video content for SM & SM ads
Create trending reels for Instagram
Shooting innovative & aesthetic photos & videos of the brand products & new launches (including some styling). Editing these shots on any preferred software
6. Create content on Canva: Instagram posts, emailers, banners, A+ content, etc.
7. Analyzing performance: Track campaign performance indicators and offer data-driven insights and suggestions for better results

Other requirements
The candidate is expected to come to the location (HSR Layout) and shoot the content with the products (timing & days can be flexible & as required)
Some assistance can be provided to them if required
Would be happy to continue to work on an ongoing basis if the output & synergy are good
